Ara Patterson is a luxury hospitality executive at the forefront of integrating food, wellness, and human performance. As Vice President of Food & Beverage + Spa Innovation at Equinox Hotels, she leads the strategic evolution of culinary and wellness programming across the brand, developing next-generation concepts that redefine luxury hospitality through the lens of how guests eat, recover, sleep, and perform.
Her work bridges hospitality, science, technology, and culture—advancing performance-driven dining, sleep optimization, and cutting-edge spa and recovery experiences, alongside innovative wellness partnerships that reflect the future of high-performance living.
Previously, Patterson served as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, overseeing F&B strategy across 16 properties globally. She also held senior leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts at both Four Seasons Hotel Denver and Beverly Wilshire, where she played a key role in the launch of CUT in partnership with Wolfgang Puck. She began her career at The Pierre in New York.
A graduate of Les Roches in Switzerland with a degree in Hospitality Management, Patterson brings more than two decades of global luxury hospitality leadership to a singular focus: designing experiences that elevate not just the moment, but how people live, feel, and perform over time.
