Michael Resnick

Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Tallwoods Partners, an independent multi-family investment office offering tailored investment and advisory solutions grounded in differentiated idea generation for a select group of family offices and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Prior to launching Tallwoods, Michael served as executive vice president and head of the Alternatives Investment Group for William Harris Investors, Inc. (WHI), a family office with over $1 Billion of assets under management. Michael played an integral leadership role in the investing and business components of this large, complex family office.

From 1991 through 1995, he served as an associate in the corporate department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Michael received a JD degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School, and a BA, magna cum laude, in humanities from Yale University. He is also a member of the Bar of the State of New York and serves on the Board of Directors of Computer Logic, a former portfolio company of WHI, and the Advisory Board of Invest for Kids.
